Known for turning acne care into something fun and empowering, Malaysian skincare brand Dododots is now bringing that same creative energy into the superhero world with a brand-new DC-inspired Couple Edition Acne/Pimple Patch Blind Box. Launching on 15 July 2025, this limited-edition release is designed for two, making it perfect for couples, best friends, and anyone who wants to share the fun surprise.


The packaging splits right down the middle (think Christmas cracker snaps but with acne patches instead), which gives this blind pack a clever twist. When torn open together, each side reveals a different character line up. One half features fan-favourite characters like Batman, Superman, The Flash, and Joker, while the other includes female icons like Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Catwoman, and Harley Quinn. Each box contains two sets, each consisting of 25 unique acne patch designs, making this blind box a fun collectible way to care for your skin while showing off your favourite heroes or villains.

Building on the buzz of previous releases such as their The Powerpuff Girls-inspired acne patches, Dododots continues to push the boundaries of skincare with standout designs. This upcoming DC-inspired blind pack is no exception, featuring iconic DC Super Heroes in Dododots’ confidence boosting products.



Each Couple Edition Blind Pack includes two sets of 25 patches. As this is a limited release, fans are encouraged to grab theirs quickly. The pack will be available in Malaysia for RM33 and Singapore for SGD14, starting 15 July 2025.


Dododots (pronounced doh-doh-dots) is a Malaysian creation and the brainchild of friends Esther Wong and Ethan Wong who both grew up battling acne problems and wanted others with the same issues to feel happy and comfortable in their skin. The two science graduates put their medical biotechnology, environmental biology, and microbiology knowledge together to create these innovative acne patches in 2021 during the pandemic.


The result was the innovative Dododots beauty patches that are made of 100% hydrocolloid material but fully coloured with various shapes and designs as a refreshing alternative to traditional transparent patches. The acne patches use the same clinical grade wound dressing material doctors use on patients after surgery, making them not just fun but functional. Dododots patches are FDA-approved as well as ISO and CE-certified and are suitable for all skin types and ages.


While the innovative products are available via the brand’s online store, the demand for the products almost instantly prompted Dododots to introduce its vending machines to offer on-ground convenience to its customers. These vending machines made their debut in 2023 and can be found at Asian Avenue in Sunway Pyramid, MyTOWN Shopping Centre, Central Market (Pasar Seni) in KL, Monash University Malaysia, Paradigm Mall JB in Johor Bahru, and Plaza Singapura in Singapore. The Dododots partnership with leading health, beauty, and personal care chain Guardian also extends the brand’s presence to stores in Malaysia (over 600), Singapore (100) and Vietnam (130) located at high streets and popular shopping malls, as well as in the e-commerce space.

  1. Sekarang acne patch dah Macam2 motif. Tapi saya pernah tergelak lihat anak gen z menempelkan acne patch di beberapa spot di wajah dia. Ada 4. I mean, macam berlebihan dan malah lucu 🤣
